PocketPC Phone Edition device made by HTC from Taiwan.

Also known as O2 XDA II, T-Mobile MDA II, Qtek 2020, iMate Phone Edition, TSM500, Vodafone VPA, Dopod 696, Orange SPV M1000 and probably a few lesser known brand names.

PocketPC, 320x240 pixel screen at 65536 colors. Intel Xscale processor (PXA263) at 400 MHz, 128 MB RAM, 64 MB ROM

The model number (printed on sticker underneath the battery) is PH10, followed by 'A' or 'B'.
